Paragon's Core Prototype Services include: Stereolithography, Product Finishing, Silicone Tooling, Vacuum Casting, Over-moulding, RIM Moulding, CNC Machining, Selective Laser Sintering, Prototype Silicone components, Low Volume Production & Product Design
Our Low Volume Production route offers tooling in Silicone, Epoxy and CNC materials that yield from 50 to 1000+ mouldings depending on the tooling material. Typical applications are under bonnet components, Medical and electronic enclosures, Interior and Exterior automotive trim. We also produce Silicone Components from 10 shoreA to 60 shoreA including silicone foams. Tooling is capable of producing up to 1000 components for low volume requirment. We also have food and medical grade silicones available.
